Terms & Conditions

CONDITIONS AND ORDER FORM for coins, rounds, bars & ingots. You can collect bullion direct from our offices by appointment only, however 2-3 days notice is required as bullion is not kept at the office.

1. Please email sales@wyargent.com or call our office on 02089 077 077 with your bullion order enquiry.

2. We will contact you with a price quote (valid for that day only), for orders over £1000 in value we require a minimum of a 20% deposit to be wired into our account and cleared before the price is locked. We will invoice you the locked price (normally based on the next available London Gold or Silver Fix). Our (WY ARGENT Ltd) side of the sales contract.

3. For orders under £1000 funds must be received on the day (bank wire or cash). For orders over £1000 the balance of invoice (after deposit) must be settled by bank transfer of funds within 3 working days. Your (The Customer) side of the sales contract. Should a customer not settle the account (over £1000 orders only) and the price of the metal has moved down since the order was placed, the difference in metal price will be deducted from the customers 20% deposit along with an admin fee with remaining funds returned to the customer. End of sales contract.

4. Once we confirm the funds have fully cleared in our account, your bullion will be made ready for collection from our offices by appointment only. Bullion can be posted or couriered with all cost including insurance to be paid by the customer. Completion of the sales contract. (You will need to bring 2 proofs of ID to collect in person, a) current Passport or Driving (photo) licence & b) Utility bill less than six months old addressed to you).

5. Import of goods into your country may be restricted or subject to local taxation and it is your responsibility to ensure that your order can be legally received.

6. W Y Argent Limited accepts no responsibility for import specifics which are governed by your own geographical location. If you are unsure, please contact your local customs and excise office.

7. A tolerance of +/- 2% of the specified weight/dimensions shall be applied. W Y Argent Limited reserves the right to refuse the sale of any product at the company's discretion.

8. Unless stated in writing on the email order, the place of delivery shall be to the customer's home address.

9. No communication from W Y Argent Limited should be considered as personal investment advice. And in no event should the content and accuracy of this website or any communications be construed as an express or implied promise, guarantee or implication of past or future bullion prices. By using this website you agree to our terms and conditions. Bullion fluctuates daily and clients could lose more than their original investment as with any trading there is an element of risk. If you are unsure about any of your investments, please seek independent advice from a professional.
